Your Sins Are Forgiven You - Happy Easter!

Your Sins Are Forgiven You

What a relief to hear these words! These are the words of Jesus to the paralytic. Friend, it does not matter what disease or problem you may have today. Even and when you are healed and the Lord solves all your problems, the greatest that will happen to you and that will be said to you is “Your sins are forgiven you”.

Let’s us rejoice this Easter as we celebrate Christ’s resurrection that secured and validated our forgiveness from sins. Since He lives we also will live forever because, our sins are forgiven us forever.

The paralytic was not able to get to Jesus but his friends brought (carried) him to Jesus. Will you today and for this season carry/bring someone to Jesus? This is the love we owe to all. We must tell people about Jesus so that they can equally have the opportunity to meet Christ and accept His unconditional love. Carry people to God in prayer and also tell them the good news of their sins being forgiven because Christ paid for all of it on the Cross. Who will you tell the good news today? Encourage someone today.

Are your sins forgiven you? Do you know it for sure? If not ask Jesus right now to forgive all your sins and ask Him to be your Lord and Savior. Trust in Him for your death He died on the cross for your sins so you can now experience forgiveness. Amen

Mathew 9:1-8

Jesus Forgives and Heals a Paralytic
9 So He got into a boat, crossed over, and came to His own city. 2 Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.”

3 And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, “This Man blasphemes!”
4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’? 6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 7 And he arose and departed to his house.

8 Now when the multitudes saw it, they marveled[a] and glorified God, who had given such power to men.
