Gospel Outreach Thursday


Today is the first Thursday of April and our Gospel outreach day. We thank God for the new month.

Let’s spend our lunch time to go out of our way to be a friend to a co-worker, school mate, or a neighbor. Take someone to lunch, and maybe offer to pay for it. Spend time to pray for the co-worker, school mate or neighborhood who is sick or has a sick family member. Let’s be Christ-extended to someone.

May we be reminded who we are today and reflect the Christ in us to others. Help God the Father gather His children to Himself. Give people Jesus today. Go out today with some Gospel tracts to give people on the street or whoever you meet. Pray for specific names to receive Christ in their hearts today:

7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and [b]prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, [c]both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. Ephesian 1:7-10

Lord, empower us by your Holy Spirit to do so today. Amen.

The Day of The Lord - Judgment & Righteousness

Dear Saints,   There are the last days; there is also the day of the Lord—two different things and events. One is a period, and the other is a fixed day/date.   Jesus spoke about both while answering the disciples' questions in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 7. Please read and study these words of Jesus in addition to the book of Revelation regarding the end times and the day of the Lord.   As we continue our study of 2 Peter, let us hear the apostle Peter speak about the day of the Lord, which is the day of Judgment on the earth:   "But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Be One Of The Shepherds - Merry Christmas!

Where are you at the moment? Are you looked down upon and doing the work nobody else wants to do? Are you in a stinking situation (sheep stinks) literally and figuratively?
